Jess didn’t always plan on being knee-deep in wax pots and tweezers. In 2019, she was clocking in at a government job that sucked the life out of her. One day, her wax tech looked her dead in the eye and said, “You’d be damn good at this.” That was it. Something clicked. She walked out of that appointment already plotting her way out. By 2020, she was licensed, hands-on, and never looked back.
