In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged a 50% fee of all services reserved. No-shows will be charged 100% of all services reserved.
Clients receive multiple automated text and email notifications regarding upcoming appointments.
Please be *on time* or even a few minutes early for your appointment. By staying on time, it helps ensure the next client has my full time and attention for their appointment - just as you had with yours. Thank you for valuing my time as much as I value yours!
