In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged a 50% fee of all services reserved. No-shows will be charged 100% of all services reserved.
Clients receive multiple automated text and email notifications regarding upcoming appointments.

Please be *on time* or even a few minutes early for your appointment. Everyone is given a 5 minute grace period for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule their appointment. By staying on time, it helps ensure the next client has my full time and attention for their appointment - just as you had with yours. Thank you for valuing my time as much as I value yours!
